In December 2020, I had an idea to bring a touch of home to our hotel guests and staff stranded for the holidays. I wanted them to feel a little bit at home, even while away from home. So, I decided to ask each person what scent reminded them of home during the holidays. My intention was not to start a company or sell products; I just wanted to do something nice on a small budget. I bought a candle-making kit on Amazon. With my prior knowledge of candle making, it seemed like the perfect gift idea.
The response was overwhelmingly positive, with several people asking why I wasn't selling them. I explained that I just wanted to help them have a wonderful Christmas in such a challenging year. However, one guest insisted on ordering six candles and offered to pay $10 each for them. Initially hesitant because of my two full-time jobs, I eventually agreed, as I already had the materials on hand. Before I knew it, more guests and even some co-workers started placing orders, turning my gesture into a side hustle.
When people asked if I could make other products, I realized I only knew how to make candles. This curiosity led me to research various topics, from hair growth to remedies for dry skin. Within a year, I expanded my product line and transformed my side hustle into a full-fledged business. This journey brought me here to our website and e-commerce presence on TikTok.

Shipping and Return Policy
ADDRESS CHANGE
If you entered the incorrect address when checking out, please contact us within 24 hours via email at r3aroma@gmail.com or call to correct the error immediately. Also, please place 'Address Modification' in the subject line. For faster response we suggest calling (646) 732-7366.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ships orders via USPS and FedEx. Most orders will be shipped depending on order size/weight. Base on the method selected they maybe upgraded. Also, Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 24-48hours for your tracking number to become active.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we will be doing mostly domestic shipping this policy will be updated once we launch to ship internationally.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns unless your order is defective. If your product is defective, we will issue a replacement. Please Contact us immediately, seal must not be broken order must be unused. We are not able to resell any products that are returned so they will be discarded.
We are not responsible for Damaged/Lost Delivery Claims – please refer damaged or lost items to any delivery company selected at check-out and adhere to their guidelines.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
R3aroma uses natural ingredients. When possible, there may be product variations. For example, because herb, extracts, natural fixed oils and essential oils may vary from time to time this does not affect the quality of the product and we will not offer refund or exchange when this is the case.
SAMPLES
We do send product samples to encourage our customers to return. The ingredients for samples will be listed on our website for your access, samples will only have the product name, so will know what to purchase in the future.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept order cancellations once processed. If we approve a cancellation, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee plus the cost of all shipping. We do not store many products and are made to order for most of our products. Please give 5-7 business day to process and ship your orders.

The Minimum age to use site is 18 years old. By using this site, user agreed that they are over 18years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statement about age.

Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by your destination, you are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact the customs office within your country for more information, before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay.
